Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy – Cancellation must be received at least 4 hours prior to pick up time. If no cancellation notice is received or it is received in less than 4 hours, the full transfer rate will be charged.

Waiting Time – Waiting time starts 10 minutes past scheduled pick up time. Waiting time rate of $1 per minute will apply after grace period. Late arrival must be reported at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pick up time.
